Overview

IPRG Senior Associate Corey Haynes specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, and development site asset sales in New York City.

Corey is part of the North Brooklyn team and focuses on $1 – $50 million investment properties. The team’s extensive track record brokering deals, along with their ability to provide a top-quality experience, ultimately helps their clients realize optimal results.  He was awarded 2021’s IPRG Breakout Star and named 2022’s One’s to Watch by the NYREJ.

Corey attended St. John’s University, where he graduated from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business, attaining his bachelor’s degree in finance.  With his background in finance and deep roots in New York City, Corey has a broad network and can tap into it when necessary- assisting in his ability to consistently deliver for his clients.  While at St. John’s, Corey was a key member of the Division 1 Lacrosse program, then played professionally.  He values the grit, drive and determination that was instilled in him during his athletic career and brings the same work ethic to the real estate industry.

Outside of the office, Corey is known for doing what he loves; spending time with family and friends, playing and coaching lacrosse, and golfing. Corey currently resides in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
