IPRG Associate Griffin Westlin specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and development site asset sales in Northern New Jersey.

Griffin is part of the Essex County team and focuses on $1 – $50 million investment properties. The team’s extensive track record brokering deals, along with their ability to provide a top-quality experience, ultimately helps their clients realize optimal results.

Griffin attended the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated from the Mendoza College of Business, attaining his bachelor’s degree in management consulting. Griffin then returned to Notre Dame for a fifth year to pursue a one-year Master of Nonprofit Administration. With his background in business and growing up in New Jersey, Griffin has a broad network and can tap into it when necessary.  While at Notre Dame, Griffin was a five-year member of the Division 1 Men’s lacrosse team. Being a member of the school’s first National Championship team in 2023, Griffin strives to bring this same national championship effort into the real estate world to deliver for his clients.  He values the grit, drive and determination that was instilled in him during his athletic career, which translates well into the industry.
