IPRG Investment Sales Associate Homer De Leon is focused on industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and development sites in New Jersey, primarily in Passaic and Bergen counties. Homer is part of a team with extensive experience brokering deals and providing top-quality service for their clients.

Prior to joining IPRG, Homer worked as a Recruitment Manager, servicing real estate clients in both New York and New Jersey markets, where he learned more about the real estate industry and grew a passion for commercial brokerage.

Homer graduated from William Paterson University, where he majored in Sociology and minored in Professional Sales. He currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.
