Born and raised in Hoboken, New Jersey, Joey grew up with Manhattan right across the river, spending much of his life immersed in the energy of the city. He attended Temple University, where he studied finance and real estate, building a strong foundation for his career.

As the head of the Manhattan division under Brandon Efap, he is deeply involved in shaping the city’s retail landscape, working closely with building owners and business owners alike.
