Morgan is a top sales associate at Investment Property Realty Group, specializing in the Upper West Side and Hell’s Kitchen. He works within the middle market of mixed-use, multifamily, and retail properties. With a background in analytics and accounting, Morgan brings a unique perspective to his clients, helping them understand property value in a clear, concise way. He also provides valuable insights into market opportunities.

Originally from Montana, under the vast Big Sky, and later attending college in the rapidly growing city of Atlanta, Morgan has developed a comprehensive, well-rounded understanding of real estate from a broad range of experiences.

Prior to joining the Manhattan team at IPRG, Morgan studied Business Administration with a focus on International Business at Oglethorpe University’s Hammock School of Business. He was also a standout athlete, playing both soccer and basketball. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys staying active with sports, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring museums.
