Natanel Rahmani, or Nate, works as an Investment Sales Associate at Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG), focusing on the sale of mixed-use, multifamily, and development sites in Manhattan. Nate is part of a team with extensive experience brokering deals and providing top-quality service for their clients.

Growing up in Great Neck, an eastern suburb of New York City, Nate developed a strong interest in the real estate industry by observing the numerous opportunities it offered while visiting Manhattan. From that moment on, his aspiration was to work on the transactional side of real estate.

Before joining IPRG’s Manhattan Team, Nate studied both Finance and Real Estate at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and had experience working at a regional financial institution and technology start-up. Outside of the office, Nate enjoys spending time with his loved ones and playing tennis and basketball.
