IPRG Partner Toby Waring specializes in the sale of mixed-use, multifamily, and development site properties across Park Slope, Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, and Brownstone Brooklyn. Toby is instrumental in business development and client advisory services, providing multifamily, mixed-use, and retail operators in Southwestern Brooklyn—spanning Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, and Dyker Heights—with strategic insights and dedicated support.

Throughout his tenure at IPRG, Toby has established a reputation for exceeding client expectations and leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of the highest-paying buyers with optimal terms. His commitment to excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including BRG’s Rookie of the Year (2017), IPRG’s Breakout Star (2018), and New York Real Estate Journal’s 2020 Ones to Watch.

Toby holds a Bachelor of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of Connecticut and an Associate Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Before joining BRG, he successfully launched a restaurant in Stamford, CT, and gained valuable experience working for several multinational corporations, including ABC, Diageo, and Compass Group International.

Outside of the office, Toby enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and is an avid fisherman, outdoor enthusiast, and dedicated Big Green Egg user.
