IPRG Managing Partner Tom Reynolds oversees investment sales of all asset types that focus on markets throughout Brooklyn and Queens. He is also IPRG’s development site specialist, having extensive knowledge about NYC’s complex zonings.

Tom has been with IPRG since its inception and has successfully brokered over 200 transactions, totaling $600+ million. His services also provide clients with market intelligence and professional guidance to help improve property performance and value.

Before joining IPRG, Tom was the top-earning associate agent at Marcus & Millichap. He has earned numerous awards and honors including Commercial Observer’s “30 under 30” brokers in NYC. In addition, his sales have been featured in real estate publications that include The New York Times, WSJ, Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, & Traded NY.

Tom was a member of the Varsity Wrestling Team at both Penn State and Virginia Tech, where he graduated with a degree in Sociology. He currently resides in Hoboken with his wife and son.
