Overview

Yanni Marmarou is a Managing Partner at IPRG, where he leads the firm’s investment sales efforts in the Northern New Jersey market.

Prior to joining IPRG, Mr. Marmarou was a Senior Director with B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he originated the firm’s presence in Hudson County, and grew it to one of the most active teams in the market. Prior to B6, he founded the Collective Real Estate Services in 2015, a commercial real estate brokerage that specialized in commercial leasing and sales. Before founding the Collective, Yanni spent four years at Robert K Futterman and six years as a Commercial Analyst/Appraiser/ Underwriter with The Value Research Group, Joseph Blake & Associates and Holiday, Fenoglio & Fowler. He has personally been involved in the sales, leasing and underwriting of assets, across 16 different states in excess of $500,000,000.

Mr. Marmarou earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from Rutgers University, graduating with High Honors, and also earned a Graduate Degree from NYU’s Real Estate Institute. He is a licensed broker in the states of New York and New Jersey.
